Andrew Douglas is the Institutional Programs Manager at the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth at the University of Zurich. Andrew is thus responsible for CSP's educational programs and projects for financial institutions training their staff and clients on sustainable finance and impact investing topics.

Before joining CSP, Andrew worked in private banking and asset management for 10 years across several different functions and thematic areas. In addition, he worked for the International Labour Organization’s Social Finance Department researching microinsurance. Furthermore, Andrew is a CFA charterholder with additional qualifications in sustainable finance.
