Silvia Bastante de Unverhau is a Senior Collaborator of the CSP, and Chief Philanthropy Officer at Co-Impact, a global philanthropic collaborative focused on systems change. With CSP she is engaged in the partnership between CSP and Co-Impact.

Before Co-Impact, Silvia was Global Head of Philanthropy Advisory at UBS, Associate Partner at Monitor Group and held management roles at the Organization of American States, Amnesty International and the Office of the President of Peru. She holds degrees from LSE and Harvard Kennedy School.
