Short Biography

Britta is a certified co-active coach specialized in enabling impact through personal transformation. Her professional goal is to serve changemakers - inheritors, founders, and leaders - on their inner and outer journey to positive impact. She has worked with hundreds of individuals, communities, and institutions in order to help them overcome the blocks that have kept them from being the vehicles of change that they want to be.

Britta’s approach relies on profound and transformational personal development that lets the coachee explore, identify, and dive into the self in a trusted environment. There is no typical coaching session as processes and approaches are adjusted to address the needs at hand. During the course of the sessions, you will be guided to seek answers to questions, such as, what has brought you where you are, what stops you from moving forward, and what is the forward you want to move towards – and how. Changemakers from leading families, impact startups, and companies driven to align their values with their actions are the ones who work with Britta.

She has established partnerships with impact organizations such as NEXUS Global, Toniic, Katapult Future Fest, Singularity University, and Yunus Social Business. Britta has worked with board members, CEOs, founders, family office principals, impact investors, social entrepreneurs, and artists from all continents to help them be the best version of themselves. In the last few years, Britta initiated and built the Personal Development Program at the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth. The program relies on the notion that sustainable and sustained impact starts from within. The program has been designed to accelerate the work started in the IRI/CSP Impact Investing for the Next Generation program.
