Dr. Alessandro Anastasio is a Senior Collaborator at CSP and Chairman and Co-Founder of WING Collective, a global community for influential NextGens.

Previously, he spent eleven years at Bank Julius Baer, holding key roles including Global Head of Young Partners, where he initiated and transformed the UHNWI NextGen client community into the bank's most successful strategic initiative with 1,000 members.

Alessandro also worked at UBS Wealth Management and Octagon IPG Group in London and Shanghai, developing the marketing brand master plan for World Expo 2010, Shanghai.

He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and lectures at the University of Zurich and St. Gallen.
